Learning to Accept Others
It is so easy to form opinion of others. Yet, I bet we never realize that our opinion of another person affects the way we treat them. Frankly, the way we see another person usually has very little to do with them! Our views, opinion, perceptions and our judgment all stems from ourselves. They are the way we believe we are or are not. How we see someone else is an outward emotion of what we want and what we may believe they have that we need. Which is why what is inside of us, soon determines how we approach another person. Yet, the way we approach and our expectations will then determine how people respond to us, as well.
We have to start trying seeing others from our soul and then we will be able to see their need for love and support. We all want love and support and if we begin looking at each other in a more soulful way, instead of what we think about someone, it will be much easier to see the truth.
We are here, all of us, to help each other grow into our greatness. When we take the time to see someone from a soulful place, we can become teachers, as well as students of one another.
We would be teaching each other how to go beyond the fear of judging off personalities and instead to go deeper into the core. We would become students learning to move beyond our fears and our judgment moving into a more loving and truthful expression of who we really are.
Maybe you haven’t given any thought or feeling toward the way you think of others and how your thoughts about them may not be true. Why not start looking at everyone you encounter as a teacher, teaching you about yourself. Why not see everyone as if you are a student. Only then will you be able to learn to see everyone through eyes of love and truth, by doing so, we can then begin to see the truth about ourselves in everyone else.
