A Work In Progress

work in progress5

How often when we’ve done something not too nice or made a mistake in our lives, do we say “I’m a work in progress?” I can imagine many of times. We need to stop berating ourselves for being a work in progress, and instead start to embrace it! Because when you think about it, being a work in progress doesn’t mean you’re not good enough today. It means you want a better tomorrow, and you wish to love yourself completely, so you can live your life fully. It means you are determined to heal your heart, expand your mind and cultivate the gifts you know you’re meant to share. May we all be a work in progress forever, and instead of us berating ourselves about it, we need to celebrate the fact that we are!
